Pros

This is the only frying pan you need. It heats evenly and great for cooking. Trying this out for pancakes. Grills food very well.

Cleaning is a breeze, everything just wipes right off. Soft handle is nice. Easy to clean and store.

Perfect for heating up full size tortilla shells, and fits four grilled cheese sandwiches. Works great for cooking round things like tortillas and square things like slices of bread. The lid fits very well.

Cons

Compared to my old pampered chef griddle pan this one is trash. It was only used to cook hamburgers and bacon and eggs once, and was washed by hand with dish soap and a cloth. It's a bit too light. Non stick quality is bad.
