Pros

It heats fast. Easy cleanup. Does a great job and distributes the heat well.

The first one for me and the other two as gifts ast they are so durable and perfect! Almost 5 years and still going good. Lightweight and durable.

Cons

This griddle is poorly made and lasted only 3 and 1/2 years. It is not a good quality because it bends in a month.

There's a screw on the handle to attach to the pan, but it's not like you can tighten the screw to fix it. It's only three months old and we haven't even used it that much, maybe four or five times, either for pancakes or hash browns. Save your money.... Read More

Non-stick coating is way to delicate. Paint on under side peeling off in spots after about 5 uses.
