Pros

The rubber handles are comfortable and stay cool. Highly recommend it.

Perfect for french toast,pancakes, grill cheese sandwiches and so much more. Easy for grilled cheese and other sandwich items.

Cons

When heated again, it becomes slightly flat. Even on low heat it gets hot spots. It is an electric oven, so no open flame.

The nonstick surface is also cheap. It was never polished and looks like a very coarse sander was used.

Such a disappointment. Big disappointment. Just dreadful. Should have listened to them.
