The cake did stick to the pan some as you can see in the photos but it did remove easily with the twopiece feature

I was surprised but it doesnt leak at all and the cake popped right out

I did oil the pan first with cooking spray dont do that when making angel food but making the same recipe in a regular tube pan or bundt pan i absolutely couldnt get it to come out in one piece

This pan which comes in two parts the outer pan and the inner floor and tube is coated with some kind of super slippery materialwhich does not contain bpathat releases the cake nicely when the cake is completely cooled
