Pros & Cons

Update Pros and Cons

Pros

The copper color is refreshing compared to the * and blues of other ceramic pans/pots. If you're looking to get a set of ceramics, this is the one to get.

There are some commonsense recommendations that come with this pan. Even as lightweight as the pan is, it does an amazing job of browning meats. This pan is worth every cent.

The non-stick coating on the bottom of the pan makes it easy to rinse off spills and spatters.

These beauties are the bomb for scrambled eggs and omelettes. Size is perfect for making an omelet.

The handle cover is soft, high quality and insulates fairly well. It conducts heat very evenly. It heats well and it washes up so easily.

Cons

The lifetime warranty requires mailing the pan to the manufacturer and including an $8 payment for the chance of being approved. The cost of shipping plus the $8 fee prohibits attempting the warranty. That covering serves zero purpose.
