Pros & Cons
Pros
This is my second ceramic-coated induction cookware set. I just wish they offered a chef's pan/saute pan with lid. Great for a conduction cook top.
The coating is very hardy and does not scratch easily, even when using a metal spatula.
It heats evenly and quickly. It cooks well and is easy to clean.
Cleaning is easy peasy--just rinse in a little soapy water and everything comes clean. Cleaning takes seconds and usually entails a quick wipe with a paper towel. I always spray it with an oil spray before use.
Cons
Cost of shipping plus the $8 fee prohibits attempting the warranty. That covering serves zero purpose. These are junk.
Ecolution endure is poor quality frying pan. Don't even think about frying eggs in this pan. Everything sticks to it! Even putting oil or butter in did not help much.
