Pros
No frying pan is perfect. This skillet is perfect for a grilled cheese, scrambled eggs as well as fried eggs.
It is so easy to wash. I wipe it immediately then let it cool before i wash it. Food never sticks.
Cons
Ok griddle but starts to fall apart after about 1 year. After about a year it's lost its non-stickiness. Even with excess oil and moderate heat, eggs form a stubborn layer.

The pan has been nonstick all though not mentioned in the instructions we seasoned the pan when we first used it

The center nonstick area did discolor dark but does not impact how well it cooks

I will only use nonstick pans that do not have pfsas teflon or other materials that could cause health issues

Use only lower heat no metal utensils or harsh cleaning pads let cool down gradually

The griddle is relatively flat allowing for even heat distribution

It was good while it did but now the coating is scratched and the handle melted off
