Pros

It has a nonstick finish which has some advantages. But yeah, it's non-stick coating, so if you get it super hot it will likely get damaged.

Cons

It's very very thin so you'll have hotspots in the areas that are in contact w/ your burner. This is very thin gage steel, so thin a magnet barely sticks to it through the non-stick. The coating was ruined after using it only one time.
