This model, symphony is their sturdiest. Not as heavy as the professional calphalon ones, but not light and cheap. Non-stick coating is solid.

Great simmering pot. It's a bit on the pricey side, but i'm very pleased with this stockpot. Comes with a lifetime warranty.

It has durable forged aluminum with squeezable silicone handles. It seems well made, the lid fit nicely, and the handles worked well. The silicone handles prevent heat conduction and it is very sturdy and durable.

This pot conducts the heat evenly and well. Comes with vented glass lid. The lid has a steam vent, which i like.
