Pros

Stainless steel base heats up quickly and evenly. Silicone handles are sturdy and durable. Clear glass lids help to see what you are cooking.

The heaviness of this set is good and the nonstick surfaces do a very good job. Non stick coating still works perfectly. The non stick coating is absolutely amazing.

The fry pans are a nice size and found that a 11 inch in the same brand was available and got it also. My only complaint is that there were only 3 pots in the set. Most of the pans are larger than a standard set usually is.

Cons

Foods that used to glide off the surface now leave behind residue and sticks. I hope amazon looked at my return explaination and looked at their stock. On arrival, before the first use, the edge of the bottom is chipped.

It is sturdy, without being too heavy to handle.

Have been looking for a set of new pots and pans since the ones i have had just are so thin and do not fair well in a dishwasher.

The lid is vented preventing boiling over and the non-stick properties make it a snap to clean.

I'm very impressed particularly when considering the price point.

This pan proves that you do not need to spend hundreds of dollars for a decent pan.

I am amazed that a 20 dollar pan could be this good.

I couldn't begin to afford a large one, so i bought a smaller one.

Shipping

It arrived a day earlier than expected - which was nice - so i was able to enjoy it that weekend.

I was so happy to find it on-line and promptly ordered it when we got home.

Packaging/appearance

Pot arrived very well packaged-- lid fits very well-- only used once, but cleaned up very easily-- satisfied with pot overall

The candy just rolls out of the pot and the non-stick surface has held up very well.

However, the 10in pan already had a scratch when i opened the package.

I've used a lot of expensive, top quality pans but nothing can compare to ecolution symphony pans.
