I’ve tried several cup holders with extra space, and they just turn out to be too darn big, bulky, and onerous.
If you have some weight in it, it seems to be fine but empty you can knock it off with the lightest touch.

Given the very low cost, this has proven to be an exceptional value.
However, for the price this has been my best option so far.

There is a plastic cup holder on the ‘hump’ for the transmission but the cup holders are just a tad too wide and your average coffee cups and drink cups move around and can easily fall out on turns or even quick stops and starts

The location for the phone holder is fixed but you can undo the locking mechanism and twist it around some before locking it in to keep that at the best space for your car
