Pros

Very nice sturdy chair mat. Lays flat even on an uneven rug surface, as we have an area rug on the main rug and it sits perfect. Works great for our desk chairs on wall to wall carpeting.

Cons

First of all, it makes a cheap hard plastic sound when you step on it. It's a cheap, hard plastic.
