Pros

This is a good product if you’re new to robotic vacuum. This is the best robot vacuum i've owned. It is a bit noisy bumping into things as it moves, but the bot itself is not.

Cons

I know most products have some planned obsolescence, but i wouldn't buy this brand or model again since i feel that brush motor should have lasted longer. The 1 year warranty is worthless. And now it’s far too late for a refund apparently.

Very confusing. Same thing. Garbage product. That’s all it does. What a waste.

This vacuum is sporadic and vacuums at random. It has problems dealing with the base of the stairs and instead of going around it backs up and keeps cleaning the same 1-foot area, going in circles, until i turn it off.

Yes, it is expensive, butn it is smart and continues to learn and do a better job.

Bestbuy refunded the original price because they do not fix just the wheel.
