Pros
The light colored birch veneer is attractive. Should be in good condition if shipped properly. The craftsmanship is phenomenal.
It works perfectly as a cubby set and case for oversize books. Just wish there was a little bit more space between the shelving. Helps my grandson know where to put all his favorite things after visiting.
The unit is easy to assemble but be careful with the orientation of the panels. The terrific quality of the product and the clear directions made putting these together a snap. Assembled it myself.
The shelf is very sturdy and i (and the custodians! Love it. They're super heavy, but super sturdy and well worth it.
Cons
Damage appears to be freight related. My hands are sore, my thumb joints are sore. The instability of the product is definitely a huge issue with the 36 shelf.

Not a big deal because i am not using the casters anyway but could be a problem for someone else who needs them because they’d have to purchase them separate

The only issue i had during assembly was that the directions depicted the shelf dividers facing the wrong direction so i ended up needing to take them back off and put them on again when the backing wouldn’t fit it
