Pros

It's a grand slam home run with our 2-year-old granddaughter. I get so excited when i find exactly what they need to help build their reading skills.

The double sided bookcase has five shelves on each side.

Not push the top crossbar wooden dowels in first but keeping the sideboard level makes the next step easier. Using sharpie dots as a guide, gently push each middle shelves until each screw is lined up with respective hole. Do this for all 13 screws.

Cons

This is not very durable. Most materials are cheap, flimsy balsa-type wood. No instructions were included in the box. It was delivered to us broken. There is no way to get money back.

I realize things go wrong and items get damaged in shipping.

They contacted the shipping company and had them pick it back up from my home (at no cost to me).

Packaging/appearance

I am glad i did because it seems really sturdy, and to my delight tall books can also go on the the top shelves easily.

- put all of the screws into the 13 holes on the sideboard to be installed then gently lay the sideboard on.

I emailed them pictures of the damaged packaging and product.

Competitiveness

I will probably end up replacing the casters with more heavy-duty ones, but these will do for now.
