The seller has excellent customer service. Now that it is done, it is very very satisfactory. The best packaging from any company.
Cons
It is impossible to screw this in without it being threaded. The instructions on the box say not to return the item, but rather take pictures of the faulty items with a detailed explanation so that the manufacturer can send replacement parts.

Easy to put together and they are very high quality wood.
First of all, the whole locker comes out as very nice quality and very sturdy once it's built.
Set up was not hard, it took roughly a half hour on my own.
The wood was higher quality than i expected.
Price
This is a nice set of cubbies for a good price.
All the prices were there and the instructions were a bit foggy, as they always are.

I was very happy to get this a lot sooner then expected !

As i expected these came in two flat boxes.
Each piece was individually wrapped to protect it during shipping.
Originally came in one box, return process.

It took me about an hour not including distractions to put it together and i feel the instructions were pretty clear

Although i also put the base first stepon backwards as mentioned in another review as you cant tell in the photo which way it goes until you realize you did it wrong the back board slot track needs to be in the back along with their logo in the frontbut only took a couple minutes to fix
