My only two critiques 1) it sheds. It's priced reasonably for the name, oversized shape, and the quality. This comforter is a true king size and is one of the softest that i own.

The checked side is velvety soft. Seems a tad short but makes up for it in softness and warmth. I love the reversibility of it.

Good quality always speaks for itself. Was good in deciding on this one. I highly recommend it.

Light, fluffy, comfy and it washes in standard, agitator-free appliance. It washes and dries well in the dryer. No pilling or shedding even after multiple washings.

The look is very nice—we really like the black and white plaid pattern. The pattern is cute but a bit busy visually. It’s classic plaid but with a twist as one of the squares is sort of a herring bone design.

This is a little thicker than the fleece blanket, but not much. The blanket is light weight. It's too small for my bed, it only hangs a few inches over the sides.
