Pros

Great liner for a water / wind proof winter jacket. Yes, you have to be careful with the zipper, but for the price it's worth it. It packs down into its own pocket.

Love the styling, classic. Great quality. They have the same price as the eddie bauer outlet store but sam's has it for about 1/3 the cost!

This jacket is lightweight - which is a good thing. The lightest down jacket. Very light weight but cozy on cool days.

It's comfortable between 30 to 60 degrees fahrenheit depending on the weather. It isn't super warm but it’s adequate down to temps in the teens for short time spans. It's super soft, super warm and one of the lightest jackets.

Bought for my teenage son, 6'2 / 215. Got an xlg. I’m 5’10” and 240lbs. Fits great on me, so sizing is accurate.

Cons

The material is light but not abrasion resistant. I have hoodies that are warmer than this. There are a numerous tiny feathers coming out of this jacket. If you expect it to fit go up at least 2 sizes.

I think that the price is right for a jacket of this quality.

Second, i was disappointed that within a day of ordering and before it even shipped the price reduced by about $5 or more.

I contacted amazon and they refused to give me the lower price.

But that would probably have to change the price.

I live in the midwest so the shipping was super fast, as it shipped out of wisconsin.

A perfect packable jacket for chilly weather.

I was in 45 degree weather with only a t-shirt on underneath and was plenty warm.

Should have sprung for a higher rated down .
