It has more down fill than the majority of vests with the same size ribs.
All eddie bauer vests i've owned (5) have had exceptional quality and style.
Would not zip up which is a catastrophic failure for this product.
With the exception that the front zipper would snag at the bottom.
Competitiveness
That's saying a lot considering i've owned arcteryx, kuhl spyfire, rei, & north face.
It appeared to be the best value in terms of having adequate down fill at a fair price.
