Pros
They're even comfortable enough that i occasionally forget i'm wearing them while lounging around the house. Most impressive is they are really durable. They are worth every penny.

Bought this for my husband. Perfect for our next adventure. I see him purchasing more in the future.
These pants are fantastic for everything from hiking or rock scrambling to walking around town. I'm quite picky about pants and these hit all the marks. They compare very well with patagonia's hiking pants.
Cons
The stitching in the right front pocket is coming out, and also in the left pant leg cuff. These first ascent pro guide in dark smoke (grey) are way smaller than the previously purchased pair in khaki.

Quality
They wear very well and quality seems excellent.
I have issues with the cargo pocket stitching the first few pair but they exchanged them and i have not had a problem since.
Price
Forget the price, buy it, and you wont regret it.
Price is high for what i think it should be.
I went to order multiple pairs but the price jumped $20ea.
Packaging/appearance
Only negative was stitching started to come undone on one of the pockets.
