Pros
These are now my favorite pants. Were sufficient for temps in the 40's and look to be water resistant, not sure about waterproof. Not sure if they're waterproof, but they're good enough for 40 degree temp.
Cons
The stitching around the front pockets was unraveled mostly on the right side but also the left. This is not the eddie bauer quality i have experienced in the past. The stitching additionally unraveled on the left side.

My only wish is that the linings of the pockets were all fabric instead of half fabrichalf mesh

Im concerned that something sharp like a pen or keys may penetrate the mesh resulting in a trail of personal belongings behind me
