Quality
Great quality boots, can’t beat them for the $$ will buy more!
Now they feel like gloves for my feet even with the thicker socks.
However, the quality in these boots are top notch.
A tad heavy, but that comes with the territory.
Price
Like many i was initially attracted to the danner boots for awesome looks and reputation until i saw the price.
Exactly what i was looking for at a great price.
Packaging/appearance
They are fairly soft right out of the box without much break in for casual walking and hiking.
Competitiveness
Best boots for the money and better than competitors that cost 2x as much.
Perhaps that weight will contribute to durability and if/when they break in they'll feel great.
I was hoping for a danner-style at a cheaper price point, but you get what you pay for.

The k6 has the leather piece completely sewn in the center and isnt the folded bunch of leather like the danners have

Whats funny is i didnt hesitate at the 200 price no sales and i needed boots then when i was online one night i scored the danners for under 150 brand new marked as a return

Ive been wearing the typical fabricleather hiking boots and shoes for many years so it was interesting and nice to get back on this tech
