The parka is much too small and the fabric is very, very thin. My recommendation is to buy a lodge down coat if you want warmth. this is recycled down,. Further it is made in china.

Great coat for the winter, nice down lining in body and hood, zipped pockets, attractive design, lightweight.
Very happy with overall quality of jacket!
I hand stitched them closed but would not trust them for anything of any substantial weight.
Mom can now ditch her old scraggly wool coat for a top quality down coat, with a hood too.
Packaging/appearance
I was totally skeptical about this jacket but it is super lightweight, easily packable and very warm.
Easy to pack without taking up any room and i was never cold while wearing it.
They brought beautiful, thick, heavy, bulky parkas that were hard to pack and stow.

These eddie bauer items related n narrow in shoulders bu otherwise well made
