Pros
The scent is light and not over powering like some essential oils. The aroma does last throughout the day even after diffusing it. I get complimented daily on it-- its refreshing and relaxing.
Eucalyptus radiata is a natural expectorant. Good, true sandalwood is hard to come by. Add it to a bath for a relaxing soak.
I really appreciate that this was packaged separately even though it was with other items in the box. Never hesitate to buy from them. Yes, price is higher than other vendors buy why skimp on quality?
Cons
Not recommending at all. I'm so bummed because this was expensive. Unfortunate especially for the price.

Suitable to diluted and use very sparingly as intended.
You can tell this is pure, it's strength and fragrance are outstanding, i mix with vitamin e oil and apply it to my skin.
The manufacture wasn't kidding when they recommended dilution of this essential oil.
The smell is so earthy and clean it transports you somewhere else!
Price
I want what i paid for, not this wrong one.
The only problem i have is that it’s pricey.

I think we've all been spoiled by 1- or 2-day delivery from amazon.
It was fast delivery, the price couldn't be beat.

It was packaged great and is really helpful.
It came in a nice package along with a tiny sample bottle.
Receive this for a christmas gift from my husband, was already open and some oil missing.
Competitiveness
This is the next best thing to young living oils just with out the msm and crazy prizes.
I never smelled ocotea before but it does smell similar to ceylon cinnamon.

I absolutely love this essential oil love it but on my second time ordering this i got a bath and body works shower gel which is a completely different company and product

I tried to return the item but it states no returns and with no place to explain if somethingwas broken wrong or did not arrive
