Highlights
Quality
I have used it to slice roastbeef and i'm very happy with the results.
I'm very happy with this product and would definitely recommend it for home use.
We received the product on monday and on tuesday sliced up a beautiful ham.
Note to manufacturer: you should have included the non-serrated blade with the slicer, paying an additional $30.
Packaging/appearance
Since we only slice bread so far, we don't take it apart to clean much, just dust away the crumbs.
Competitiveness
Would recommend this unit to family's that need to stretch their budget.
I purchased my chef'schoice 610 premium electric food slicer in may of 2018.
Open all the way i can get 1 cuts of meat and using a foodsaver to marinate and freeze makes bulk buying the only way to go.
Bought another for my son-in-law for christmas in 2016.
