I love this unit, well made and will last for years, i moved my brown one to my finished attic, still works like it's brand new.
Works great, lot of water build up though.
Plugged the unit in for first time and it makes a screeching noise intermittently when running.
Would be nice if they provided a 1 year labor warranty instead of only 90 days.

I tried 2 other ac units in the same price range/btu range from other companies, and those 2 died.

I only have 1 extra wall fan in there running low to spread out the air

But if you call the seller theyll ship you the rest but the ac is great its not bulky like others

I can only give two stars right now but it should be under warranty and have contacted customer service

Updateedgestar does not respond well by email but i was finally able to reach them by phone and they will send a new unit
