Pros
It is not that noisy and the temp remains consistent. I keep a separate thermometer inside the unit and the digital reading for the unit is +/-1-2 degrees of the thermometer. Is a bit noisier than the unit it replaced.
The wine refrigerator meets all our expectation. Very nice sleek look.
Cons
It's apparent the customer support staff has been trained to act like this is not a problem and are just reciting the company line. The customer service spin of how it is more safe is ridiculous. Not recommended under any circumstances.

Quality
I like the design, interior lighting, capacity, and easy controls.
We installed it under a counter in our kitchen and so far it is performing well and meets our needs.
It almost sounds like a belt noise - i know there are no belts and it does not appear to be the fan rubbing (either fan).
The last unit i bought was not a front venting and it over heated

It is a great product for a very good price.
I would recommend it; esp for the price!

Delivery was in time and without any damage.
I installed it easily after an on time delivery.
First, item arrived with no dents or dings, shipping was fine.
Packaging/appearance
Packaging was excellent, new wine cooler slid into place perfectly to replace old edgestar wine cooler.
Looks very nice under my granite counter tops.
Competitiveness
This cooler is priced much better than my ge of the same size (1/2 the price).
It is a little noisier, but not that it is annoying, and i don't know how it compares to other units.
I would recommend due the price relative to other built-in models.

The shelves are a bit flimsy and it doesnt seem to cold a consistent temp when not in use but its only off by a couple degrees so its not at all unacceptable
