Pros
This is a great compact dishwasher for anyone who hates washing dishes as much as i do. The price was right compared to other higher end brands that were nearly 1,000 or more & the dishes are always perfectly clean.
This unit is perfect for our pittsburgh cottage for two. Ordered on a sunday, arrived tuesday double boxed & in perfect undamaged condition. Delivered on time with no dents.
Cons
New unit has the exact same issue right out of the box. It gives/gave an error code tho. This product is junk.

I installed this dishwasher in my fifth wheel june 2019at that time it was priced at $399.
The fit/configuration of the racks isn't great (and feels a little cheap sometimes), but it's absolutely fine for this price point.
Still amazon had the best product for the money.
