Pros

This unit is louder than i would have expected. It actually ramps up to 800w from about 600 when the compressor starts up. Mostly quiet, but sometimes the back panel rattles. And quieter than most!

Easy to install, efficient. Came well-packaged. When you push these connectors on, they have a cutout that snaps over a bump on the mating end and effectively locks the connector in place.

Cons

The unit's thermometer's digital display reads 74 degrees. It's own thermometer is not accurate. The exhaust hose is very rigid and doesn't flex well, making placement of the unit out of the way (close to the window it's venting out of) impossible.

While the compressor shuts off, the fan keeps running. When running makes bad rubbing noise like something is broken on the inside.

No instant or relief. Only god knows how long this will take to finally resolve.

It’s makes some sound but not too loud, the results are amazing it does the job and the remote controller makes it super easy to use.

This unit is powerful and well made.

Add to the engineering debacle the fact that only the front casters rotate and the fixed rear casters roll front to back.

Regardless of fan speed, it's a clanky, rattling, grind when in a/c mode.

But not a bad deal for the price.

For the price it’s not bad it can be a little noisy and bulky in my opinion.

Shipping

I’m also very happy that it arrived several days earlier than expected.

Got it 4 days earlier than estimated.

We had a shipping problem but when contacting the company they were quick to respond and took care of the problem.

Packaging/appearance

I am unhappy that it did not come with a drain hose and a suitable outlet for the above mentioned.
