The large drawers are packaged in a plastic sleeve 2 peices 1 bottom insert along with 1 collapsible box one of the collapsible boxes is too small an obviously isnt the size that was meant for this dresser as well as the bottom insert as it was infact the correct one but doesnt fit inside the box it was packaged with

Ive contacted customer service via email from the business card inside the package and attached photos

However don’t screw the handles on too tight 1 screw popped thru the drawer then when i tried to use a washer to keep said screw in place the screw threads came out of the handle
