The product is wonderful for its ease of use and the etched measuring grid along the bottom (1/2 cm).
It has holes so the bug will not die immediately from lack of oxygen.
The top has a friction fit that is snug, but not too tight, so works for quick maneuvers with twitchy bugs.

So it works well when the bugs are in the center but if they go to the edge you can only look at them from the side instead of through the magnifier on top
