This product is perfect for my kindergartener! She loves that the pen makes fun sounds. My 5 year old enjoys learning with it. My 6yr old loves this! He gets so excited when it cheers him on and it has made phonics exciting for him.
Cons
The only success with getting the right answer is if my 7 year old slams the pen on the dot. Even if they get it corrected it tells them they are wrong. My 4 year old granddaughter was left very confused.
Great concept just * pen. This obviously defeats the whole purpose of the product. Tried all of the troubleshooting tips from the manufacturer but no luck.

Most of the pages are good and he can intuitively know what to do but many of the pages have long words or word parts that he cant read kids who are learning letters and sounds cant make much sense of atermelon or inosaur and know what letters to put there
