Pros & Cons
Pros
My son loves having the squirrel pick up his acorns with the pincher. To lessen the sting of having an acorn stolen, when the person whose acorn was stolen has their next turn, they use the plastic squirrel to act out a dramatic reaction.
Game is so great to just have a laugh with. Highly recommend. This game is awesome!
Cons
It turns out the book is indeed adorable - but for a 12-24 month old child. They quit if happens more than once. It was rated for ages 3+.

This is a surprisingly well made game and book.
The pieces are all high quality, and the squirrel teaches kids hand coordinate skills.
The quality is not that good even it is soft enough.
No broken parts, no strong chemical smell and the spinner doesn't stick.

2) the box top doesn’t nest inside the box bottom.
Wish the game maker would add space in the game box to store the book inside the box to keep it all together.

The acorns are pretty small definitely a choking hazard if you have younger children but because you play the game with the acorns in the box i have not been too concerned about losing them

My only complaints are 1 the spinner took some serious coaxing to get to spin and still doesn’t spin well

The squirrel pincher was bulky and hard to use during game play so we play without it but the children like using it to just play with the pieces
