Pros

Love this faucet - simple and stylish. The quality is unbeatable overall. The design is simplistic and elegant.

Shipped quick and packaged well. What a difference. We are enjoying much.

The wand has a button which selects either stream or spray. The wand can be easily pulled down and directed around the sink or down inside a pot or pan to scrub out a utensil. Only slight complaint is the nozzle does not seat back seamlessly.

Will take others advice on refilling the soap dispenser from the top. Side dispenser releases the perfect amount of liquid soap and does not drip after using.

Cons

Moen kitchen faucets of this design are easy to install and work well until they fail prematurely. The spray head and soap dispenser is completely plastic. Called customer service, on hold for 10-15 minutes.
