I figured out to do the install which was surprisingly easy which is just as well as i couldnt get through to support and their site faqs and knowledge base is terrible the ios app is great

Both of my kids were doing distance learning at the same time involving zoom meets in two different rooms and they were complaining that the calls were being dropped and the connection was slow

For 29 a year there is a security subscription service which allows you to limit what kind of content they can watch that can also be adjusted from my phone

Had problem on installation had to wait a while for tech support but resolved issue and stayed on line to make sure

I had constant dropped wifi and had to change what router my device was getting a signal from as i moved through my house
