Pros

The eero router is a big upgrade from the traditional ol regular cable company wireless router. Push the blue + icon in the eero app and 3 minutes later it was added automatically by the app. Eero also uses voice assistant with my alexa dots.

Wifi router for 1,800 sq ft 1912 home. Has 30 mb/s speed in bedroom.

Really outstanding. Amazingly outstanding. Decent enough for youtube etc for now. Super definition again on all my channels with or without hd delivery. Very happy with the streaming speeds.

Cons

My original router gives 800mbps but beacon right away 20 feet from the router only supports 30mbps max. Most annoying thing is that static (non-moving) devices always pin to the farthest eero.

Adding this to my current system causes too much overlap and they conflicted with each other.

It is either defective or deceptively advertised. It seems to die when i am streaming video on youtube. And it appears that we cannot even get a refund even though it doesn't work.
