Cons

They no longer charge or stay connected to the wifi/bluetooth. The fans turn on (loudly) at anything above 200 watts. If you exceed the 800w ac output, it bricks/dead/fatal death.

Delta line is old and full of firmware bugs (and some hardware limitations) it is difficult to position correctly, though, and out-of-the-way, and it's large. It's often meaningless.

We lost power yesterday and i plugged my sump pump and freezer into the unit for several hours and very little battery storage was used.

It was well worth the money and is a real life saver.

Cheaper on ecoflow wed sight, i paid $600.

00 more than if i would of ordered directly from them, i paid $3600.

I'm glad i didn't spend over $3k for this.

Item was delivered well packaged and fast!

Customer service was helpful, but it was very tedious and a long process.

They okayed the return promptly for which i was relieved and grateful.

Packaging/appearance

Received it with no damage to the packaging or the generator itself… charged it up in a lil more than an hour

Some cosmetic damage to the unit where the boxes puncture was as shown in the pics.
