Quality
From the rugged exterior and cables down to the quality of the lcd screen it's all very well built.
The app works great, and i can check on status of the battery any time.
I had issues with the product, but customer service made everything right.
That is not the case with ecoflow.
Shipping
The product is wonderful the shipping was great however the communication on when it was going to be here was less than desired.
Packaging/appearance
Product very well made excellent packaging, the best customer service you could imagine.
Competitiveness
Requires at least a 250gal propane tank💭.
Anyone within viewing range could've easily looked up what ecoflow offers and known these boxes were worth stealing.

I’m updating this review because customer service did send a replacement generator for the one we had that was having multiple issues for months before dying completely

We live completely off grid and are reliant on generator power this time of year so having no way to charge our batteries was obviously an issue

First the generator got here quickly then no communication when the other pieces were to arrive

I sent emails to find out and at first they sent back an email in japanese
