Pros

This is more than i expected. That's beautiful and foolproof. Exceeding the stated output was impressive. Doubled my peace of mind.

It's heavy, but relatively ergonomic. It's lightweight and packs a serious punch. Standing them up using the carry case as sort of a brace is tricky.

Cons

It is unfortunate, i will no longer be purchasing ecoflow products or recommending them. Terrible customer service. And, customer service is all offshore. Do not recommend.

As an off-grid/grid down device, this is utterly useless and untrustworthy. Logging in requires an internet connection. Until ecoflow removes the *requirement* that you connect to their servers, these are a no-buy for me.

The solar panel is bent at the corners and because you have to use the bag as the stand, the bag is very dirty. The unit’s display flickers without rhyme or reason. The mounting system for the solar is a pain.

Price

Love the delta 2 --- especially the price during prime days -- wow!

Will make me think twice before any more expensive purchases through amazon.

Call company said solar power cable was $25 extra.

I got it for a super low price.

Shipping

I actually recieved the panel almost a week in advance of the station.

Firstly, there were some shipping haggles, and the panel didn't ship at the same time the power station itself did.

With the l14-30 power cord a one time password/code was necessary before the amazon delivery driver would complete the delivery.

It was delayed due to high demand but customer service was prompt, compensatory and friendly the whole time.

Packaging/appearance

The product arrived undamaged in a very well-packaged box.

I've gotta mention the packing --- the way it was packaged could withstand a cross country trip in a dump truck full of bricks!

There are several similar units on the market, but i'm very happy about my decision.

I had a very old ups fail and decided to replace it with the ecoflow delta 2 even though it cost more, to get extra functionality.
