Pros
The mobile app is amazing and easy to navigate. Ecoflow support is quite responsive. My only complaint with this is it can't be used as a computer backup power supply.
Performs as advertised. I'm impressed by how much power the battery provides in such a small unit. It powers my rv for a weekend, and has plenty of power to work my slideouts.
Fast charging,lightweight and portable. Needs to recharge thru the delta 2 need to understand the do & don’s especialy plugging un plugging.
Extra battery doubles the capacity of the delta 2. Comes with a sturdy power cable. Can be stacked on top of each other.
Cons
Big no no. Absolute lack of knowledge. There was no good and proper phone support at all.

Over all i am very happy with the unit and it's price point.

This unit arrived even earlier than the expected date listed when i placed the order.
