This unit is a life saver. The unit is also lightweight and portable. I use a hand truck to move it around and save my back from hefting it.

Cons

Only ~1500 to 1600wh after 3 test cycles, even after a soc recalibration. Because the power drain, i not recommend it if the load is over 50 watts.

Despite the fact that they are capable of reflashing remotely…they require you to send back this monstrosity of a unit. Out of date - wifi connection. App requires registration.

Buyer beware. This is a very shady company. Returned to walnut, ca.

Shipping

About a week or so later i received a new one and it charged beautifully - see second video.

Ecoflow informed me that the battery was being delivered in a separate shipment and provided the tracking number for that item too.

Upon arrival, i didn't realize they now only include the 120v mains and 12v lighter car-input cable.

Sure enough, the battery was delivered as promised based on the new information.

Packaging/appearance

The product is very well packaged and the instructions are super easy.

5 star product, excellent delivery time first rate packaging!

Unboxed it and plugged it in - absolutely no charge when i got it and it wouldn't charge - see first video.

Competitiveness

But as i began to compare different models from several companies, i realized that the ecoflow line packs the biggest bang for the buck.

The return of the other name brand was easy and service was outstanding.
