Toss this in your trunk when headed out camping or use it to power a sound system and lights for an outdoor evening picnic in the warmer months. If i loose power for a long time, i can bring the ecoflow in my car and recharge it from my car.

This one does and serves well as a for cpap and modems. My cpap is a sleepstyle by fisher & paykel if it can help someone. The bluetooth and internet connection is nice.

Cons

The power level drops rapidly from 55% to 35% in less than 2 minutes. It looks like they don't want to honor the warranty. I hope they will reply to my emails and will provide support in the next 5 days.

The battery on my unit has been cycled 3-4 times before running this test. The drain on the battery seems pretty quick (drained from 74% to zero sitting idle for 4 days) now shows no sign of capacity, once unplug of ac it cannot be turned on.

The app is excellent, allowing control of ac charging wattage, activating ac or dc output and viewing input/output in real time.

Charges up using ac power in roughly 1 hour and lasts several days in my moderate use.

The fan first comes on after 45 minutes of use, runs for a few minutes, then shuts off.

The first time it was plugged in it was not working right - the ac side would switch off after a few minutes, and wouldn't power on again.

And for the price, it's really worth it!

I waited for this unit to go on a good sale before taking the plunge but it's definitely worth the price for a nice little solar battery.

Got the river2 for a good price.

Competitiveness

Since then, i also bought the ecoflow river 2 pro, with 3x the battery capacity.

After comparing many similar power stations and watching numerous video reviews, i decided on the ecoflow river 2.

Works well so far, but much more expensive than competitors

A cpap can draw 20-30 watts indoors (more in less controlled environments like an rv).
