Ecoflow is a bit like adopting a family however as they do their best to inform of new features. A minor complaint, but worth noting.

This item is non-returnable, but you may contact customer service to request a refund or replacement. Sent back for refund.

There is a manufacturing defect in the unit or the app does not work as supposed.

Do not use it for any type of uninterruptable power source. While the unit work adequate=ly, it is not as reliable and powerful as i had hoped. I want this unit replaced with a working unit or refunded as soon as possible.

After being out for 4-8 hours in hot sun, food is still cold in the cooler/freezer and thischarger still has about 86% power remaining.

The only thing to be aware of, it that it doesn't register solar input wattage below 15 to 20 watts.

I get a little over 2 hours of use with this generator at full which doesn't sound like alot but bare in mind that i got this for $200.

So for the price is not very reliable
