Pros

This device is compact and under ten pounds, so it is a very portable unit. This is a well built unit with some great features that i highly recommend.

Eco flow river mini charges to 100% in 90 minutes. I keep it on the nightstand to charge phone and ipads. To charge through solar or car lighter, there is one port to use which is a xt60 for which no cable is included.

Cons

The chat is only a frontend for an email system and nobody is specifically handling the chat as far as i can tell.
