Very disappointed in the device and the customer support. Seems very dangerous to me, a potential fire hazard. Of course after i have had this a while, i now see the other people have complained about this product. Do not recommend.

Problems with unit on first use. Troubleshooting results in restarting the unit. This happens frequently leaving the unit very undependable.

Is this thing really only 60% efficient? It drains this thing down to almost 50% in only 4 hours. And losing 20% of the battery capacity a day is equivalent to losing 4 full phone charges per day.

The unit came charged to around 28% and was quickly charged to full by household a/c outlet in about an hour.

Hopefully one day i can get the bigger generators to take with me on my travels.

Came with everything that is needed to charge the battery system.

It powers my internet longer than on my old 500wh station from another major brand.

This charges so fast versus other brands we looked at and used.

I understand what i need, and look around amazon, i don't see many competition.
