Quality

The solar panels are well made and keep the battery charged while in use.

I love the build quality of these and the fact that you can charge it with a solar panel that i previously purchased.

After the power was restored one hour later (and much sweater).

Prior to using this i charged the battery completely -- i used this battery pack non-stop for about 2-3hrs at full sound blast,...  Read More

Price

I'll be able to pay for it in gas savings in less then a year.

All told i think we saved over $1,000 vs.

It's hard to spend 500 bucks and feel like you really messed up but i'm telling you this thing rocks.

Shipping

It got me through the hurricane, no power for 5 days.

It was purchased to power a portable cpap machine for 8 days on a utah river rafting trip.

It took almost a month to get them replaced, no fault on ecoflow, i believe the shipping company was at fault.

Packaging/appearance

The small compact size is perfect for packing it up and moving it from location to location.

The river 2 pro power station packs a lot of 'juice' in such a small box.

If this pack handled it well, imagine the biggest one they offer that powers your house; what can it do!

Competitiveness

Both the max & the pro will now accompany me on my camping trips.

I compared it to the bluetti app and while both are well laid out and intuitive, the ecoflow app has a greater depth of features.

I tried another brand of solar generator but the input was only 100 watts so even plugged in i could only run the printers a fe...  Read More

While the smaller solar panel design appealed to me, i wasn't sure if it offered a better configuration than other panels, like...  Read More

I initially had issues as my first set of solar panels arrived damaged

It took almost a month to get them replaced no fault on ecoflow i believe the shipping company was at fault

I wrote a previous review which i just deleted id like to write a new one based on facts i have learned since my first review

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

No the eco flow will not accept an 8mm barrel connector as jackery or the smaller bluettis do and eco flow does not supply you with any adapter from 8mm to xt60 xt60 connector is on most larger power stations sort of shaped like a figure 8 with one square side

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

So i was complaining about eco flow river 2 pro

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

However i should have made it clearer that the eco flow itself is a fantastic power station and it dawned on me to return the solar panel to one that comes with the xt60 instead of returning the eco flow 2 pro

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

Because i could have just as easily complained about the solar panel not including an xt60 adapter

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

Point being if your new like me to 34solar34 and youre buying things make sure the wiring connector ends are correct of youll be back here ording adapters that may or may not work
