Pros

Great deal on here. No regrets on this purchase. My only complaint is the weight.

Cons

Charge lasts less than 15 minutes using turbo setting. Released the battery, plugged it back in, still dead. Battery is defective.

First impressions with ego are not good, for me. Did so. Well, add me to the disappointed list.

Customer service is not reachable by phone. Waited an hour for callback. Then does not work. I waited 3 days to get it and doesn't work at all.

I have to use an old corded blower that has a lot more power. My less expensive black and decker at 40 volts works better than this piece of garbage at 56 volts.

both of the pieces are 40 minimum. I "may" be required to give a deposit for repairs at that hardware store; non-refundable. Poor/cheap quality, difficult repair policy.

I contacted ego and they worked with me to confirm it was bad and send me a replacement battery in no time.

And the price is the same or less than some off brands that were 3d printed.

Meanwhile i have other ego products and batteries (bigger one) so i was able to use it.
