It's reasonably firm, doesn't get overly hot and cradles my body comfortably. Firm enough not to sink into and get trapped in the depths of a crater. My daughter prefers a firmer mattress and this seems to be fine for her.

The mattress comes compressed in a roll and arrived in a couple of days. Made sure to watch when we cut the plastic with a scissor. This is a great way to get a good mattress without having to worry about delivery or transporting from a store.

Quality is as good if not better than the pricey nektar mattress, and it costs a fraction of what that one did.

Packaging/appearance

Mattress arrives vacuum packed in a box, but as soon as i cut open the packaging it puffed up to full size in a matter of a few minutes.
