I am soooooooo happy with this product!
All i have to say is ego hit a inside the park home run with this product.
Disappointing that this got shipped out without a quality check.
Packaging/appearance
Purchased the ego 16 weed trimmer and it was defective out of the box.
Competitiveness
Almost as good as my old echo gt225 curved shaft 2-smoker.
You don’t need more than the 2ah battery for most of a days serious whacking.
It has as much, or more, power than the echos.

Cuts through the tops easy enough but the closer you get to the bottom the less capability it has
