But never wasting money on their hedger ever again. Very dissatisfied and wasted $200.
The product packaging was broken and torn. There was dirt and fingerprints in the charger and trimmer. Parts were not secured inside box.

Quality
I like that the build is quality and it does a good job up to about 1” diameter cuts.
Appears to be well designed and built.
Too heavy and awkward plus battery acted flakey.
Gas mowers never lasted more than a few years before needing a major overhaul.
Price
Clippers were a good value and have worked flawlessly.

Used it the first day i got it and it did amazing!
First of all, the ego ht2601 26 inch hedge trimmer took just short of forever to arrive.
Not impressed at all with the shipping arrangements.
Packaging/appearance
But holy cow, that all evaporated when i unboxed this brute.
Competitiveness
I highly recommend the ego brand tools including the ht2600 26-inch hedge trimmer.
I had a few battery operated tools already on the dewalt platform and honestly, i very much liked the dewalt tools.

Ive read that some of egos older batteries dont have this feature yet are included in some of its products if old stock is sent to a customer
